  • Targeted exercise programming
  • Soft-tissue massage
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Dry needling

Physiotherapy-led movement, shaped around you.

Clinical Movement Program

Recovery is only the beginning.

When pain, injury or reduced physical capacity changes the way you move, the first step is understanding what your body needs.

But what happens after rehabilitation?

We believe the goal isn’t simply to feel better. It’s to help you build the strength, mobility, confidence and physical capacity to keep moving well for the years ahead.

Klae Clinical Movement brings physiotherapy, personalised movement and progressive strength together in one considered pathway, helping you move towards what you want your body to be capable of.

Every program begins with understanding you, your history, your goals and your current capacity. From there, your movement pathway evolves with you.

Assess. Move. Build. Progress.

What is Clinical Movement?

A pathway designed around the whole person.

Klae Clinical Movement bridges the space between physiotherapy and independent movement.

Your care is led by a qualified Physiotherapist who considers not only the condition you’re presenting with, but the person behind it; your history, goals, movement, strength, lifestyle and what you want to be able to do next.

Your pathway may include physiotherapy, individual movement assessment, Clinical Pilates, Clinical Strength or a combination of approaches.

As your body changes, your program changes with it.

The aim is not to keep you in clinical care indefinitely.

It’s to help you build the understanding and physical capacity to eventually move with greater independence and confidence.

  • The Process
    1. Initial Clinical Assessment | A 30 minute consultation to understand you and your body, and align with your goals.
    2. Clinical Movement Review | A 45 minute session dedicated to developing and teaching your personalised program (the number of sessions depends on your goals, experience, and physical needs).
    3. Small-Group Clinical Classes | Transition into a small-group class, where you follow your custom program under close physio guidance (often rebatable through Private Health Insurance).
  • Who is it for?

    Clinical movement could be the right fit for you if;

    • You’re living with persistent pain, stiffness or reduced mobility.
    • You’re rebuilding strength following injury, surgery, illness or a period of inactivity.
    • You’ve lost confidence in your body or aren’t sure how to exercise safely.
    • You’re returning to resistance training and want expert guidance.
    • You know you need to get stronger but don’t know where to begin.
    • You’re experiencing changes in strength, mobility or physical capacity as you age.

    • You’ve completed rehabilitation but aren’t sure what comes next.
    • You want to build physical capacity now that supports how you want to live later.
  • What makes Clinical Movement different?

    PHYSIOTHERAPY-LED
Every assessment, program and Clinical Movement class is delivered by a qualified Physiotherapist.

    INDIVIDUALISED
Your movement pathway is shaped around your history, goals, current capacity and progress.

    PROGRESSIVE
Your program evolves as your body becomes stronger and more capable.

    CONNECTED
Clinical care doesn’t exist in isolation. When you’re ready, your pathway can continue into Klae’s broader movement and wellness environment.

Two ways to build your capacity.

Clinical Strength

Strength. Stability. Capacity. Resilience.

Physiotherapist-led resistance training designed to progressively build your physical capacity.

Clinical Strength may support those returning to exercise, rebuilding strength after injury or inactivity, developing confidence with resistance training, or looking to maintain strength and physical function as they age.

With a maximum of four participants, every session is closely supervised and your program is progressed according to your individual needs.

Clinical Pilates

Strength. Control. Mobility. Confidence.

Physiotherapist-led Pilates designed around your individual movement needs.

Clinical Pilates may be used to develop movement control, strength, mobility, balance, coordination and confidence following injury, pain or changes in physical capacity.

With a maximum of four participants, sessions provide a considered balance of individual guidance and the connection of a small-group environment.

Your Physiotherapist determines the most appropriate approach for your body, your goals and your stage of movement.
